Parental alienation leads to transfer of residence – Re RH (Parental Alienation) [2019] EWHC 2723 (Fam)

Helen Fitzsimons represented the Father in the case of Re RH (Parental Alienation) [2019] EWHC 2723 (Fam) – in this case the child, who had been alienated by his Mother against his Father, was transferred to the Father’s care with a 90 suspension of contact between the Mother and child.  Helen Fitzsimons instructed Richard Jones of 1GC Family Law for the final hearing and Francesca Wiley QC was also instructed.
